An intruder who broke into a Las Vegas hotel room had a lucky escape from its sleeping occupant — boxing legend Mike Tyson. The former heavyweight champion was staying at The Cosmopolitan with his family following Stevie Wonder’s New Year’s Eve concert, when he was awoken by rustling sounds and a flashlight, TMZ reported Thursday. By the time the 45-year-old realized what was happening, his unwanted visitor had left empty-handed. Hotel security was called and is investigating the incident, sources said. A rep for The Cosmopolitan said, “We have received a report of an incident that is currently under investigation. As always, guest safety is of the utmost importance.”
